***PLEASE READ FULL DESCRIPTION ***. 

-My shirts are always made on quality brand unisex tees or sweaters.  
-Brands may vary depending on availability at the time of order.
-If you want a specific brand/ shirt style or color- please add it to the notes at checkout along with your email address so that an invoice can be sent for the difference if there is a price change for an upgraded shirt brand/style.  If for some reason I can not meet that need I will email or text you (if you add a phone number), to discuss  what options we have at the time of order. (Shirts do go out of stock from time to time, but we do our best to send you exactly what is pictured or stated in description). 

-If you have any questions prior to ordering please email me customthreads7@yahoo.com or use the website messaging system. I am always glad to scan inventory to see exactly what’s available when you order. 

-These are unisex tees that run TTS, so for true oversized please size up one or two sizes depending how large you’d like it. 

-Adding T-shirt, Long Sleeve T-shirt & Sweatshirt Options - be sure to choose which one and add shirt color changes in the notes if you’d like a different color! (if not the default color in photo will be used). 

**PLEASE NOTE**  On the 4X & 5X (sometimes 2X & 3X) shirts - unfortunately shirt manufacturers do not treat these sizes the same with available options. This is one thing that has always been upsetting to me as a T-shirt maker! I believe everyone should feel beautiful & have the same access to shirt styles as standard sizes do. But, sadly we are often limited on what we are able to offer in that size.   I have included a T-shirt option in these sizes. Sometimes due to availability issues-  the shirt in those two sizes may vary some from what is in the photo. You can always message or email me to see exactly what is available & if there is a long sleeve T-shirt or Sweatshirt option available at the time of order! If there is I will be glad to add it or send you a link to a listing customized for you. 😁

-Please allow up to 2 weeks for item to be made in house. We strive to beat that time, but can’t guarantee unless you message us first to make sure we can meet your deadline. We often can make orders much faster if needed. Please just ask beforehand so we can flag your order for ASAP!

-If listing is for a bleached or dyed shirt please know that we do our best to make each one as close to the photos as possible. But when using these methods  no two will be exactly the same. 

-If you receive your order and are unhappy with it for any reason please allow us the opportunity to make it right. I send out a lot of shirts each week, and I’m only human and do make mistakes occasionally. But, I want each person who orders to LOVE their items! So, please message me or email to notify me of any issues you may have so that I can quickly get it resolved for you.
